Terms and Conditions for 6, 12, or 24 Month Gym Memberships
Membership Duration: You have the option to choose a 6, 12, or 24-month membership plan.
Discounted Rates: These membership plans offer discounted rates compared to month-to-month memberships.
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be considered under extreme circumstances, such as loss of job, long-term injuries, or relocation to a different area.
Pro Rata Refunds: In the event of an approved refund, the refund amount will be calculated on a pro rata basis. This means that the unused portion of your membership will be refunded, minus any applicable discounts you received when initially signing up.
Please note that refunds are subject to review and approval on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to providing a fair and reasonable resolution in exceptional situations as outlined above.
