My background in fitness has explored many different areas over the last 15 years
ranging from competitive swimming, dance, circus, functional fitness and olympic
weightlifting.
In recent years exercise has been a great personal journey for me to manage my mental
health and other medical health concerns such as Endometriosis and Lymphoedema.
I bring my experience as a trainer and athlete with a holistic approach that creates a
non-judgmental environment and implements a bespoke approach to my sessions, with
a focus on helping people progress towards their ultimate goal.
