With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, I've helped a varied range of clients reach their goals, whether it was achieving their first pull-up, getting into a consistent gym routine, improving body composition, or enhancing sports performance.
I'm committed to continuously improving my knowledge and skills in order to provide my clients with the best support possible. Since obtaining my sports science degree, I've invested in various qualifications, courses, and workshops to further my expertise, primarily focusing on physical health, performance and corrective exercise.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with a range of athletes, including Premier League footballers, boxers, and combat athletes, to help them develop their sports performance.
Furthermore, I understand the importance of competing, being coached, and progressing in sports as I've previously competed in powerlifting and currently compete as an amateur boxer nationally and internationally and have won multiple regional titles. Having this firsthand experience in the competitive mindset gives me a unique perspective on training and performance.
