Part-time Sales Associate

Onyx Fitness is seeking a proactive and passionate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.

With flexible working hours of roughly 20 hours per week, this opportunity offers a blend of remote and in-person work, tailored to your convenience and the needs of the business. If you are an experienced, customer-oriented professional with a knack for sales, we want to hear from you!

Full training and support will be provided.

Role Responsibilities:

● Initiating phone, text or email contact with warm leads and maintaining regular follow-ups to convert potential clients into gym members.

● Conducting gym tours for prospective members, showcasing our state-of-the-art facilities and services.

● Proactively reaching out to new leads, creating and implementing strategies to drive new memberships.

● Primarily responsible for selling gym memberships, meeting (and exceeding) sales goals.

● Working both independently and as part of a team to achieve business targets.

Requirements:

● Previous experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within the sales industry.

● Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

● Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

● Passion for fitness and wellness, with a firm understanding of what motivates people to join a gym.

● Flexible to work variable shifts, including occasional weekends and evenings.
