I combine my knowledge and experience with a never say die attitude and can motivate anyone to reach their goals. As a coach I have a passion for helping people create a body that is not only healthy but one which moves efficiently and effectively.
For me, fitness is not an opportunity to burn off extra calories, instead it’s an opportunity to challenge our bodies and its learning capacity. That’s why when programming I like to combine basic strength and conditioning protocols with movement and mobility. I’m always looking at new ways to challenge my client’s movement capabilities using equipment such as kettlebells, bands, olympic rings and barbells to create fun and progressive sessions with aesthetics being the by-product.
Alongside getting people to move well I have a great passion for educating people how to eat well. I don’t just put a meal template in front of you, instead I take my time to get to know as much as I can about you as an individual and prescribe the appropriate steps over time to get you to where you want to be and keep you there.
