Boxing is the perfect way to improve cardiovascular fitness, co-ordination and total-body strength. At Onyx we offer the chance to do all of this in a relaxed and friendly environment where all coaching is by boxing experts with competitive boxing experience.

At Onyx you won’t just learn how to throw a hard punch, you’ll learn the fundamentals of boxing through pad work and bag work and footwork drills, you’ll never be expected to hold pads here.
